ABOUT ITEM: Brand new with tags halter mini dress (I would classify as a modest mini dress bc hits just right about the knees for me and I am 5’7.5). Really long ties for the neck that fall so beautifully down your back. Cups have no padding, but fabric is thick and has enough coverage that you wouldn’t be able to tell. Has a zipper back. Look so magical when you spin, because of the two layers of fabric on the skirt. Upper fabric has a black shimmery floral design, and underneath is plain black. Beads lining waist. A beautiful dress for homecoming or a special event. Originally $149.95 SIZE: Tagged as a size 2 and modeled on a size small (26 inch waist, 32b cup, 5’7.5 height). Fits perfect other than not having the tots to fill the top out better.
