I made this sink and it is fully functional. The top is water proofed with marine grade varnish. It is 1 of a kind and carved out of a norway maple tree trunk. It's completely dry, wrapped on a pallet, ready to ship, and weighs approx 300 lbs. 30" wide, 22" deep, 35" to top of sink counter surface. There are 2 spots where the chain saw came through the front when carving out the back, but most people would never notice it. The sink faucet is a standard Delta brand sink and is fully functional. It was used for 2 years in a 1/2 bath with no issues, and is ready for a new home. It was quite the project to build and took about 3 years for the wood to fully dry. The sink drain is a standard straight down pipe, and I used a flexible pipe to connect the discharge line to sewage and made a loop in the flex pipe for a trap. Flex pipe not included. I will try to deliver on the east coast myself. Will ship anywhere but shipping costs will vary. Message to arrange shipping before purchase.
