冒頭でいきなり宗教2世問題的な死に方をする主人公が、異世界転生した先で神様をパワーアップさせるために布教活動に邁進するという皮肉。しかし、宗教の存在しない世界って存在し得るのだろうか？普通、文化と宗教は繋がっているし精神活動の帰結として不可分なので、真面目に考えるとなんらかの作為的介入でもない限り宗教が存在しない世界なんて有り得んよな・・・。まあ、その辺は物語が進むうちに種明かしがあるのかもしれないが。意外と面白いんだが、世間で統一教会問題やエホバの証人問題などが騒がれているタイミングを考えると、なかなか笑えない話かもしれない。脱テンプレ型ではあるが、物語の展開自体はありきたりな範疇と言えるだろう

脚本・演出は三流以下で、アクションも微妙にテンポが悪く、ストーリー展開もスムーズさに欠ける。低予算にしては、まぁまぁかな。暇つぶしに観ても微妙な感じなので観る作品がない人用かな

The story was both heartwarming and heartbreaking at times. However, I loved the actors, the emotions that were showed, and the theme it espouses. That we should treasure all the moments and connections with others that we make in life. It doesn’t have English subtitles but the Japanese isn’t too hard to understand. The music is amazing, as expected from RADWIMPS.
